Julie Maroh
Julie Maroh is a French writer and illustrator of graphic novels, who originates from Northern France. She wrote ''Blue Is the Warmest Color'' (''Le bleu est une couleur chaude'') about the life and love of two young lesbians, which has been adapted in the award winning film ''Blue Is the Warmest Colour'' by Abdelatif Kechiche.〔(The New York Times )〕〔(The New York Times )〕 ==Biography== After having obtained an applied arts baccalauréat at E.S.A.A.T in Roubaix, Julie Maroh continued her studies in Brussels, where she lived for eight years. Julie Maroh started writing ''Blue is the Warmest Color'' when she was 19 and it took her five years to complete it.
